If your status shows “held for customs fees”, log in to your account to view fee details and take action (only the shipment owner can see the fee amount).

  • Destination address/city

Some destinations require duties or taxes. When required, the shipment may be placed on hold until payment is submitted and verified.

Only the shipment owner account can submit payment.
