Important: If a shipment is held for duties/taxes, only the account owner can view the fee amount and submit payment.

1) Tracking & Status Updates

Tracking events are provided as shipment scans occur. Times may vary based on local hubs, customs, and partner carriers.

2) Customs, Duties & Taxes

Some shipments require duties or taxes before release. This depends on destination rules and declared value. When fees are required, the shipment status will show “On Hold”.

3) Prohibited & Restricted Items

Customers must comply with local and international shipping laws. Some items are prohibited or restricted.

4) Claims & Liability

If a shipment is damaged, missing, or delayed unusually, you may file a claim through the Claims page.
