Policies
These policies explain how Blueoakexpress handles shipping, delivery, customs holds, and payments.
You can adjust wording anytime.
Important: If a shipment is held for duties/taxes, only the account owner can view the fee amount and submit payment.
1) Tracking & Status Updates
Tracking events are provided as shipment scans occur. Times may vary based on local hubs, customs,
and partner carriers.
- “Label Created” means shipping info was created but the parcel may not yet be received.
- “In Transit” means the parcel is moving through hubs.
- “On Hold” may occur during customs review, missing documents, or payment requirements.
- “Delivered” means shipment reached destination facility and was completed.
2) Customs, Duties & Taxes
Some shipments require duties or taxes before release. This depends on destination rules and declared value.
When fees are required, the shipment status will show “On Hold”.
- Fees are shown only to the shipment owner account.
- After payment submission, status may show “Pending Verification”.
- Once verified by admin, the shipment is released and returns to “In Transit”.
3) Prohibited & Restricted Items
Customers must comply with local and international shipping laws. Some items are prohibited or restricted.
- Hazardous materials, illegal substances, and prohibited weapons are not accepted.
- Perishable items may require special packaging/approval.
- High-value items may require documentation and insurance options.
4) Claims & Liability
If a shipment is damaged, missing, or delayed unusually, you may file a claim through the Claims page.
